At Primebuz, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can request cancellation only before your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:

  • Share your order number clearly

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.

Refund timeline for prepaid orders:

  • Refund is initiated within 1–2 working days

  • Amount reflects in the original payment method based on bank timelines

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer want the product after dispatch:

  • Please accept the delivery

  • Raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy

Returns after dispatch are handled strictly under the return conditions mentioned on our website.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Cancellation

  • COD orders require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled automatically

  • Repeated COD cancellations or refusals may result in COD being disabled for future orders

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment source

  • Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

Primebuz reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable delivery address

  • Order flagged as high-risk or suspicious by payment or fraud checks

  • Operational issues beyond control

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
