1. Shipping Coverage
We offer Pan-India shipping to most serviceable pin codes. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, and Ecom Express. Courier partner selection depends on your delivery location.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Prepaid orders are given priority for dispatch

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Metro cities: 2–4 working days

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–6 working days

Remote or rural areas: 5–8 working days
These timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹499

A ₹49 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹499

Remote area surcharges may apply in rare cases and will be communicated before dispatch
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

A tracking number with a link to track your shipment
If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of order placement, please contact our support team.
6. Delivery Delays and Unserviceable Areas
Primebuz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, lockdowns, or operational disruptions.
If your pin code becomes unserviceable after order placement, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
7. Missed or Undelivered Orders

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery

If the order is returned to us due to unreachable contact details or address issues, re-dispatch may involve extra shipping charges
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes only

A COD handling charge may apply if shown at checkout

COD orders must be confirmed before dispatch
Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions.
9. International Shipping
Primebuz currently ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
