Refund policy
At Primebuz, we carefully check every order before dispatch. Returns and refunds are accepted only in genuine cases as mentioned below. Please read this policy fully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request will be accepted only if all conditions below are met:

The product received is wrong or defective

The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

A clear, complete unboxing video is shared showing:

The sealed package
-
The shipping label
-
The issue clearly visible
Returns without an unboxing video will not be approved under any condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind or dislike after delivery

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused after use

Personal care, hygiene, or health products once opened

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:

Once approved, our team will guide you on the next steps. Return pickup is subject to service availability. In some cases, self-shipping may be required.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong product was delivered.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Exchange is allowed once per order

Exchange depends on product availability

Exchanges are not available for size, color, or preference changes
5. Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

Refund timeline: 8–15 business days after approval

For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds will be rejected if:

The product is used or damaged after delivery

Original packaging is missing

The unboxing video is not provided

The return request is outside the 3-day window
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

Prepaid order refunds (if cancelled before dispatch) are processed within 1–2 working days
Repeated cancellations or refusal of orders may lead to account restrictions.
7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Share a clear unboxing video without cuts or edits
Claims raised without video proof will not be approved.
