1. What kind of products does Primebuz sell?
Primebuz sells trending and useful products across categories like gadgets, home essentials, kitchen tools, kids items, fitness accessories, and personal care products.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Delivery time may vary based on your location and courier service availability.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499. Orders below this value carry a standard shipping charge shown at checkout.
4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can track your order in real time using that link.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products and must be requested within 3 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is mandatory for approval.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–15 business days after inspection and approval. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support immediately for cancellation requests.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
